Five months after earning a pro contract, Ricky netted twice in a 4-1 win over QPR to take Town to the Youth Cup Final against Manchester United. He made just under fifty reserve team appearances but faled to reach the Second Division eleven before being released in May 1966. |

A regular at left-back for three seasons, Keith made 109 appearances for the Combination side and a further forty in the Midland Youth league - but was not given a pro contract by Danny Williams. Keith made his debut in the Hellenic League soon after his 16th birthday, in April 1974. |

He did not progress further than third team football while at the County Ground, but went on to make fifty Football League appearances at Edgar Street. Oscar scored twice on his debut as a trialist, in an 8-0 win for the reserves against Chippenham. Soon after signing as a pro he netted four against Welton Rovers and then hit a double hat-trick in a 12-1 rout of Paulton. But Oscar failed to make the grade and was released in April 1938. |
